EXTORTION is what Evan Chandler committed against Michael Jackson. Well, extortion is a crime. Therefore Evan Chandler should be charged with CRIMINAL EXTORTION.
Then there’s the THEFT. Since Evan Chandler got $22 million from Michael by lying about him then this means Evan Chandler stole this money. This criminal charge could be THEFT BY DECEPTION.
FRAUD is the next crime Evan Chandler committed against Michael. Of course fraud also is a type of theft. Facutally Evan Chandler DEFRAUDED Michael. This was FRAUD BY CONCEALMENT because Evan Chandler concealed the truth which was and remains that Michael Jackson NEVER molested anybody!
MISREPRESENTATION is another offense Evan Chandler committed against Michael. Evan Chandler misrepresented the facts by lying.
DEFAMATION against Michael also was committed by Evan Chandler. Though defamation is a tort it’s still an offense for which Michael’s family may be able to litigate in a civil case.
For his crimes Evan Chandler should be criminally prosecuted. And for his torts Evan Chandler should be sue for exactly the same amount he extorted from Michael Jackson. Thank you.

How many year has it taken him to tell the truth and apologize, 16 years! I don’t think this is necessary now. He has sinned against God, Michael and himself. Evan is also to be blamed for his death. Causing him so much pain to get addicted to painkillers which resulted in his death.

And the thing that pisses me off the most is that while the liar said how he never meant to hurt Michael, he has been enjoying the fruits of that trial and the settlement for the past 16 years. Him never meaning to hurt Michael certaintly never stopped him from enjoying the blood moneu. This is truly sad. Michael loved children and did so much to aid children. It was heartbreaking for me to watch both the trials and listen to the media trashing him the way they did, calling him all sorts of names and saying all sorts of hurtful things about him. One thing is crystal clear: Michael is resting now and can never be hurt by the hateful things said about him ever again.

Yes, I truly agrees with you, how can another human being destroyed someone else life for the sake of his father. Evan should be dragged and throwed around the entire world for the stories that he and his father said toward MJ, I will always love MJ no matter how someone else may fee toward him, I truly miss MJ and I listen to his music everyday and hope the best for his children always, they have been through a lot on the sake of ignorant people. MJ meant a lot to me all my life. I were 10 years old when MJ came out singing with his brothers. The Jackson is always a part of my family, eventhough I have never meant any of them I Love the whole family and will stand behind them always. Everytime I hear MJ song it makes me cry and feel very sad, but he will always remain in my heart for ever, I will carry his legacy forver.

WOrds cannot begin to express my outrage and anger toward Jordan and his father. I don’t care if he was just a child then; he knew that what he was saying in court was wrong and was a bunch of lies. Now he says that he “never meant to hurt Michael”? Duh!!! He was partly responsible for Michael’s death. Michael never would have been so distraught and hurt as to become addicted to pain and sleeping pills if this whole mess had never happened. And Jordan says he never wanted to hur Michael. He’s a liar in the truest form. I find it so interesting that the media has kept this peice of information hush-hush. They demonize and trash him, but they don’t report about this.
One thing is very clear: Michael is gone. We’ve lost a true treasure much much too soon. Maybe now he will finally find the peace in death that he so desperately sought, but never found in life. Rest in peace, Michael. Your incredible legacy will live on forever on the radio, on the dance floor, but most importantly, in the hearts of your family and fans around the world. We love you.

It is amazing what people will do for money. This actually ruined Michael’s perception of a world where everyone can be brought together. Some people don’t want to live cohesively together. Just like myself. Working at a job for 21 years. Never promoted but a temp comes in and is promoted over me. No regards from management for my feelings. For 21 years I have sat quietly doing my job and everybody elses job. Needless to say they fail to recognize me but demonize me. This gang land conspiracy is perpetuated by the people who want to believe and disregard others as trash even though the follow the straight and narrow. I am happy to report I can see schemes like this coming from a mile away. You would think management would do the same. Sometimes intelligent people find it easier to just follow the crowd. Be a team player. I am against that perception because I know in my heart it is not real. Very few things are in the world today. That is why the divorce rate is what it is.

there’s so many different opinion that it’s hard to keep track of what is the truth. My question is: IF IT WAS TRUE WHY DID THEY SETTLE FOR THE MONEY OUT OF COURT. IF IT WERE TRUE AND IT WERE MY SON I WOULD MAKE SURE I WOULD GET JUSTICE FIRST AND MAKE SURE HE WAS PENALISED. Also why did they go in hiding and change their names after they recieved their money? I too believe Michael was and is innocent…yes he was different BUT unique. His beliefs of keeping innocence, he was known as the ‘man child’. People judge before they do their research on his life, his ways of thinking and behavour. Also one has to have had an education on human behavour, pychology,mental health issues, bad communication issues (conflict-misunderstandings etc) and then be able to annalyse Michael for who he was….HE WAS ONE OF A KIND!! I understand him as I too used to believe like he did that we all should be able to TRUST, NOT JUDGE, BE HONEST AND GENUINE, NO DECIEPT…. and he ended up dying slowly over the years by so many GREEDY PEOPLE….. MJ was truly naive and innocent to the way many people behave and think. MJ did need to seek treatment with a councellor to work through his problems and issues with his past, his problem about how he saw himself in the mirror (accepting who and how he looked) it must have been very painful for him to need to do so many cosmetic surgury on his face and to also bleach his skin….IT ALL COMES BACK TO SO MANY WHITE PEOPLE IN SOCIETY THAT STILL LOOK DOWN UPON COLOURED PEOPLE…yet there are also many of us who support them too! I feel so very sad for MJ for what he has gone through….I FEELS VERY PRIVILEGED TO BEEN ALIVE IN HIS LIFE TIME!! I believe that he came into this world for ALL OF US TO LEARN SO MUCH FROM HIS LIFE AND WHAT HE WENT THROUGH….also lives of the horrible people that used him, and were very selfish towards him. I truly hope that all will be CLEARLY REVEALED. The current spin being put on Evan Chandler’s death in the press is that he killed himself because he was ‘destroyed’ by the lack of justice he felt his family received. It is naive to imagine this is anything less than calculated damage limitation, designed to deflect the possible questions and fall-out that Chandler’s synchronous death represents. Inevitably, Diane Dimond has been wheeled out to promote this fallacy and it is presently doing the rounds in the American and British newspapers. The unimaginable trauma to both Michael and Jordan’s psyches that Evan’s deception set in motion can be seen in the consequences of the last few months. I hope Jordan will be left alone to deal with this turn of events. He was brutalized by Evan for much of his young life and we must have compassion for him. Whatever secrets are or are not revealed in the years to come, Michael is free now. It is his children, his family, and us; who now grieve for what could have been – and the great wrong that was done.
