A Group of African Americans Head back As Free Men and Women to the Land of their Ancestors

In late December, Cameroon will be the first African nation to host a DNA-certified group of African American returnees to the country of their origin.  Some 50 African Americans from the United States will travel to the Central African country for a 10-day visit following DNA certification of their ancestral origins. Their ancestors were found to have come from different ethnic groups, including the Tikar, Bamileke and Masa, in the Central African country. Read the rest of this entry »

Afriquiyah Airlines ad Human Rights Abuse in Libya

Afriquiyah Airlines is owned by the Libyans.  Ghanaians love to fly with that airline because it is probably one of the cheapest from London to Accra and from Accra to London. They advertise extensively on our local radio stations here in London.   My younger brother, Henry Djaba  Junior and his girlfriend went to Tripoli on 4 August 2009 via that airline.  His story is in all the national and local newspapers here in London.
